A little Introduction

A little Introduction

What makes me an expert?

I'm no expert, But I am a wife, a mother and a business woman in transition...whatever that means.  My questions are self motivated real life inquiries that I think every woman faces at some point in their life.

I think that women today don't necessarily know what they want.  Can we really have it all?  This is not an entirely new discussion thread.  But what about this?  In my age group, most of us have been told for years that we can do anything we want, achieve any success.  Oh and go ahead, have a family when you're ready.

Great, I've now been empowered to self destruct at the age of 30 something.

I've worked hard, climbed some ladders and have my kids.  Now what?  Do I focus on being a mom?  Do I focus on continuing to advance my business career? What about my husband?  Where's his career?  Will my career step back induce my husband to grab his own brass ring by the balls?  Can husband and wife...mom and dad...both move toward the pot of gold?  How do we do it all and at the same time hold our kids' hand to the bus stop and foster their own growth.

Can a woman in our world today, be a successful business woman, loving wife and adoring mother?  Truly having it all?  And what, if anything, will you sacrafice to have it all?
